Alexa Keeshan is a postdoctoral fellow at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. She obtained her doctorate in epidemiology at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Maxime Sasseville is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences at Université Laval and a researcher at the VITAM Research Centre – Sustainable Health. His work focuses on the implementation of digital health interventions, the use of patient-reported outcomes, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence within health systems, with particular attention to ethical, methodological, and data governance challenges. He is currently contributing to several pan-Canadian projects aimed at evaluating, in clinical conditions, the impact of these technologies on clinical and organizational decision-making.
